OUR STRATEGY IS SIMPLE:
We look for well run, cash producing companies. Upon acquiring up to 70% of a company, we leverage all of our assets, contacts, and infrastructure to help our new portfolio company execute and grow. With the exception of add on acquisitions, the only characteristic our portfolio companies have in common is that they are run by exceptional operators, they are in a solid industry segment, and they produce cash at a yearly rate of greater than 15% on cash invested in the acquisition.
